I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and abide by its Code of Ethics.
I have broad experience in a variety of settings with many populations, including crisis intervention, working with the seriously and persistently mentally ill, rape crisis center and domestic violence shelter clients, hospice patients and their families, and previously worked for nine years in a community mental health setting, offering service to adults, adolescents and children, individuals, couples, groups, and families.
To maintain my license, I am required to participate in annual continuing education. This includes taking classes dealing with subjects relevant to my profession, professional supervision, and psychiatric consultation.
I participate in professional consultation as a means to maintaining the highest standards of care and continuing to improve my own delivery of services.
